During 2020 and 2021 local people went on walks, pressed plants and printed them for this modern day People’s Herbarium which will join William Wise’s 200 year old plant collection at Lawrence House Museum. Local business man and Botanist William Wise cycled around Devon and Cornwall in the 1800’s, collecting plants to press for his Herbarium. The People’s Herbarium was led by Artist Explorer, Karen Howse, in partnership with Lawrence House Museum and Launceston Library.
